- Welcome to our photo blog! We are Ferdy, Lydia, and Kathleen, a family who loves photography. Whenever we are not busy with our daily lives, we take photographs of our beautiful clients, our friends, our family, and the world around us. Our style combines technical proficiency, patience, intuition, and unique artistic sensibilities. We work hard to make our clients feel comfortable enough to be themselves in front of the camera, because that is when we believe, the best photographs are taken. Wedding photography is our favorite. It is about capturing the timeless memories of your wedding day, looking for that special moments, and paying the extra attention to the little details: the laughs, smiles, and tears. We shoot in a photojournalistic style, our own touch of creativity, imagination, and originality. The camera is our paint brush, giving us the opportunity to paint images that are all about our clients and their special day. We also love photographing seniors, infants, families, and children. The Boyum Family (12.4.11)
Britta, one of our 2012 wedding clients asked us to do a family session for her family. We couldn't be there personally due to our end of year travel, but one of our photographers, Lauren Wagner covered the session and did a great job. The Dasari Family (8.28.11)
Our sister and her family visited us from Kentucky and it was their last night with us that we decided to go out and take some pictures downtown by the riverside. Mike & Emily (Engagement - 5.22.2011)
The weather has been pretty unusual this year...we have so much rain, and the day we were supposed to do the Engagement session for Mike and Emily, we weren't sure if the weather would cooperate. It had been raining the night before, but we got lucky. It stopped around noon and we decided to go out and have fun. I am glad we decided to go out early because 30 mins into the session, it started raining and we had to cut the session short, but we sure had lots of fun. Nick & Leah (Wedding - 5.7.2011)
We have been so busy that we have not had a chance to post on our blog. Well...its time to start posting again :). Nick and Leah makes a special couple, we enjoyed their wedding a lot. There were laughters, tears, and joy. It was even more special because the Justin, the best man, insisted to be there despite of having been on the ER few hours before the wedding. The wedding was at the Bethany Free Church, and the reception was at the Best Western Midway Hotel in La Crosse.
